• The use of other mixes other than our mix is not recommended and The Margarita Man will not guarantee quality of drinks if other mix is used.

• Deliveries & schedules are subject to change due to weather, traffic conditions, location, and unforeseen instances beyond The Margarita Mans control. The customer will be notified as soon as a problem occurs and alternate plans will be arranged.
• All delivery and pickup schedules are subject to a 4 hour window
• Customers are not allowed to remove any machines or equipment from the delivery location. Customers are subject to the terms and conditions expressed on the the signed contract. No exceptions.
• The customer will have equipment ready for pickup at negotiated time & date. If the equipment is not accessible or customer failure to be on sight will automatically be subject to a service fee to wait or come back for pickup.
• The customer is required to provide a dedicated 20 Amp circuit per machine delivered. Any problems related to power The Margarita Man is not responsible and rental agreement conditions apply. 2 or more machines can not share the same plug or circuit. (Please contact us if you have any questions)
• All machines that are delivered will require a flat level area to rest during the operation of the machine. We request that you notify us if you are planning to place the machine on anything other then a hard floor surface. Example (concrete, wood deck, black top ext.....)
• Deliveries are only delivered to the 1st level unless an elevator or ramp is available.
• A valid credit card imprint is required for security deposit at time of delivery. 
• Final payment is made before your delivery.
